Crescent Sands consists of two locations:  4605 S Ocean Blvd in Windy Hill opened in 1992 and 2101 S Ocean Blvd in Crescent Beach opened in 1993.  Both are similar concrete and steel  "mid rise" six story oceanfront buildings with similar two and three bedroom floorplans available.  Each has elevator, outdoor pool, grilling areas, and direct beach access.
