Crescent Towers consists of two buildings, Crescent Towers I at 2609 S Ocean Blvd, opened in 1984 and Crescent Tower II at 2501 S Ocean Blvd, opened in 1985.  Both are small concrete and steel high rise oceanfront buildings in Crescent Beach that feature elevator, outdoor pool, and beach access.  Crescent Tower I contains 1-4 bedroom condos and Crescent Tower II contains 2 & 3 bedroom condos.
