The Verandas By The Sea is an oceanfront concrete and steel high rise located at 501 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach.  It is just a short walk from Main St and all the fun activities, dining and shopping activities located there.  The building opened in 1999 and features an outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tub, and elevators.  Parking is in a private garage under the building.  The building features oceanfront or oceanview condos in 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, and 4BR layouts, all with a balcony from which you can enjoy a view of the Atlantic Ocean.  All the condos have full kitchens and most feature in unit washer/dryer.
