Xanadu III is a concrete and steel high rise condo building opened in 1985 and located 707 South Ocean Blvd in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach.  There are oceanfront one, two, three, and four bedroom condos in the building.  All condos feature full kitchens and washer/dryer.  Xanadu III features an outdoor pool and sundeck.
